Below are the dues required to become part of the Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association
Broker (Licensed Broker) $230
Must be an actively licensed broker in the State of Ohio
Sales Associates (Licensed Salespersons) $100 (SAVE 45%)
Must be an actively licensed salesperson in the State of Ohio
Allied Member (Individual) $225
Individuals engaged in business affiliated with the real estate profession such as Mortgage Bankers, Mortgage Brokers, Appraisers, Inspectors, Title Companies, Builders, Property Managers, Developers, Contractors, Architects, Attorneys, etc. This shall also include Marketing and Technology experts.
Advocate - Business $100
Business not licensed or related directly to the Real Estate Industry who supports the mission of GCRA. Advocate members do not have voting rights and may not call themselves a "Realtist"
Advocate - Individual $50
Individual member of the public that is not licensed or working in the Real Estate Industry who supports the mission of GCRA. Advocate members do not have voting rights and may not call themselves a "Realtist"
